Yes! It's Si22bg tube. It was used in DP-63-A counters.
It's made for continous discharge: it is positioned over Sr90 source that makes it discharge countinously for operation in non-pulse-counting device. The current that pass the tube can vary by influence of external radiation, applied to a balanced resistor bridge, moves a sight on an ammeter indicating the radiation level.
